Originally from Austria, Iris von Brandstatter studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna and is also a professional photographer, journalist and art-coach. She now works out of her studio in lovely
Cambridgeshire and enjoys a life filled with daily creative adventures.

Iris is founder & coach of 'Journaling4freedom©' - her own art therapy workshops - using methods of creative writing, Gestalt-therapy and NLP to encourage change and healing.

She has exhibited globally and her arts & crafts, from paintings to mixed media jewellery, accessories and photographs have a loyal clientele worldwide. Iris' aim is to get people actively involved in creative projects, explore in a hands-on fashion how to self-express in a healthier and more authentic way and find out more about your own, inner self.

Iris, keen to bring art to everyone, set up a kids art charity project in 2007 - the 'mobile-art-expeditions' and collaborates on various projects fundraising art material for underprivileged children worldwide.
